At Vakso, we pour a lot of heart into every hand-carved mask and every garment we send out. Because our products are inspired by sacred traditions, we want to make sure they find a perfect home with you.
As a growing brand, we’ve kept our return process simple, fair, and human.
1. Finding the Right Fit (Apparel)
We want you to love how you feel in Vakso. You have 14 days from the day your package arrives to decide if it's right for you.

The Essentials: Please ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags.

Exchanges: If you need a different size to get that perfect "Vibe Above" look, just let us know and we’ll help you swap it out!
2. Handcrafted Art (Masks & Carvings)
Our masks are fragile and travel a long way to get to you. Because they are delicate, we ask for your help in keeping them safe:

The First 48 Hours: Please open and inspect your art pieces as soon as they arrive! If something happened during its journey and the item is damaged, please let us know within 48 hours. * Why 48 hours? This allows us to quickly file a claim with the courier and get a replacement or a solution started for you immediately.

A Quick Photo: If there is an issue, please snap a quick photo of the item and the box it came in. This helps us see what went wrong so we can fix it for you.
3. How We Handle Returns

Your Choice: We offer full refunds to your original payment method or store credit if you'd like to try a different piece later.

Shipping: As a small brand, we ask that you cover the return shipping for standard returns. However, if the error was ours (we sent the wrong size or the art arrived damaged), we’ll take care of all the costs to make it right.
4. Final Sale Items
To help us keep creating new designs, items bought during a sale or with a special discount code are considered final sale. These pieces are yours to keep and are not eligible for return.
5. A Note on "The Human Touch"
Since our masks are carved and painted by hand, no two are exactly alike. These "imperfections" are the fingerprints of the artist—they are what make your piece of Himalayan history truly yours.
