1. Eligibility & Timeframe
- Time Limit: Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned with all original tags attached. Returns with stains, odors, or signs of wear will be rejected and sent back to you.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or original receipt is required.
2. Return Options
Eligible returns qualify for the following options:

We will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable. -
B. Exchanges
We offer direct exchanges for the same item in a different size (subject to availability). If the requested size is unavailable, a full refund will be issued. -
C. Store Credit
Receive store credit (digital gift card) for the full purchase price—often the quickest way to continue shopping with us.
3. Return Shipping & Fees
- Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Vakso is not liable for lost return shipments.
- Vakso Responsibility (Damaged/Defective Goods): If your return is due to a Vakso error (e.g., damaged item, incorrect size shipped), we will cover return shipping and send your replacement free of charge.
4. Final Sale Items
The following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale or discounted items, including those purchased with promotional codes or during flash sales.
- Accessories (e.g., hats, socks, jewelry).
5. How to Initiate a Return

- Include Details: In your message, provide the reason for your return and your preferred resolution (Refund, Exchange for Size, or Store Credit).
