Q: How does Vakso apparel fit?

 

We offer two distinct fit styles:

  • Oversized Fit: Our signature fit. These items (like some hoodies and tees) feature dropped shoulders, extended length, and a relaxed, roomy body. We recommend ordering your true size for the intended baggy look.

  • Normal (Standard) Fit: These items offer a classic, balanced, true-to-size cut through the chest and shoulders.

 

Q: Where can I find the sizing chart?

 

A detailed Size Chart with measurements for both Oversized and Normal fit styles is available on every product page, usually located right above the size selector. Please reference it before purchasing!

 

Q: How should I wash/care for the graphics?

 

To protect the unique print and longevity of your garment (Vibe Above!), follow these steps:

  • Always turn the garment inside-out before washing.

  • Wash on cold with like colors.

  • Tumble dry low or, ideally, hang dry to minimize graphic fading or cracking.

 

Q: Are the graphics limited edition?

 

Yes. In line with our Vibe Above Keep Standing Out ethos, most Vakso graphic releases are limited-run drops and will not be restocked once they sell out. If a design speaks to you, grab it before it's gone.

Q: How long until my order ships?

 

Orders typically take 2-4 business days to process and prepare for shipment. Once shipped, you will receive a separate email containing your tracking number and carrier information.

 

Q: How can I track my order?

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can click the link in the email or enter the tracking number on the carrier's website to monitor its journey.

 

Q: Do you ship internationally?

 

Yes, we ship globally! Please note that the customer is responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, or fees charged by the destination country.

Q: What is your return policy?

Q: Can I return or exchange sale items?

 

No. To maintain low prices on limited inventory, all items purchased during a sale, with a promotional code, or marked down in price are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
