I. 🎭 Arts, Crafts & Authenticity
Q: Are the masks and frames actually hand-carved? Yes. Unlike mass-produced decor, our traditional masks (Lakhey, Kumari, etc.) are hand-carved and hand-painted by artisans. Because they are handmade, each piece has slight variations, making your specific item a one-of-a-kind cultural artifact.
Q: What materials are used for the arts and crafts? We primarily use traditional Himalayan woods for our carvings because of their durability and spiritual significance. We use high-quality pigments and traditional lacquers to ensure the colors remain vibrant for decades.
Q: How do I clean and maintain my masks?

Dusting: Use a soft, dry microfiber cloth or a clean makeup brush to remove dust from intricate carvings.

Environment: Keep hand-carved wood away from direct sunlight or extreme moisture to prevent cracking or fading over time.

No Chemicals: Never use household cleaning sprays on hand-painted surfaces.
II. 👕 Apparel, Fit & Care
Q: How does Vakso apparel fit? We offer two distinct styles:

Oversized Fit: Our signature streetwear fit with dropped shoulders and a roomy body. Order your true size for the intended baggy look.

Normal (Standard) Fit: A classic, true-to-size cut through the chest and shoulders.
Q: How should I wash/care for the graphics? To protect the artwork (Vibe Above!):

Always turn the garment inside-out.

Wash on cold with like colors.

Hang dry is highly recommended to prevent the graphic from cracking.
III. 📦 Shipping & Protective Packaging
Q: How do you ship fragile art pieces? We take immense care with our carvings. Each mask is double-wrapped in protective cushioning and shipped in reinforced boxes to ensure it arrives at your doorstep in perfect condition.
Q: How long until my order ships? Orders typically take 2–4 business days to process. For high-end art pieces, we perform a final quality check before boxing. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our hands.
Q: Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship globally! Please note that for international orders, the customer is responsible for any import taxes or customs duties charged by your country.
IV. ↩️ Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy for art and apparel?

Apparel: We offer refunds/exchanges within 14 days if unworn and unwashed.

Arts & Crafts: Due to the fragile and unique nature of hand-carved masks, these are generally final sale unless they arrive damaged. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging.
